I have been a licensed clinician for 12 years and have worked with a variety of clients. I help adolescents and adults who are struggling with depression, anxiety, family issues, boundary issues, substance use as well as many other issues. Initially I want to provide support and develop skills to manage the stressors bringing you in to treatment, but I also help you move beyond stressors and help you connect to your authentic self and goals so you can manifest the life you want.
I work with a variety of clients and have significant experience with individuals and families. I offer daytime, after school or evening appointments M-F, and often have immediate appointments available as well so you can choose the time that's right for you or your family. I look forward to meeting you and helping you on this journey!

I have been a licensed Psychologist in the State of California for over 12 years. Over the past 20 years, I have varied experience and training with children and adolescents in alternative school-based programs and inpatient settings. I worked as a Psychologist with the San Diego Police Department as part of the
Psychiatric Emergency Response Team (PERT). I have spent the majority of the past 13 years working with law enforcement/public safety providing crisis intervention, brief and long-term therapy, and managing mental health programs.
My private practice has led me to work with children, adolescents, adults, couples and athletes. My clinical style is generally supportive and solution-focused with a foundation of Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy.
My goal is to help you find your value and inner resources so you can address your problems head-on and move forward with an increased sense of wellness. Personally, my wife and I have been married for over 20 years. We have 4 children, including 1 young adult. I am an avid sports fan. I love spending time with my family and attending concerts.
